Understanding Handling and Shipping
To give you the most accurate delivery estimate, please note the difference between our two main processes:
- Handling (or Processing) Time: This is the time required for our fulfilment team to verify your order, conduct quality checks, prepare the goods, and package the consignment before it is dispatched to the carrier.
- Shipping Time: This is the time the carrier takes to transport the packaged order from the dispatch point to your specified delivery address.
The total time for your order to arrive is the sum of the Handling Time and the Shipping Time.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery pricing is £2.99. Delivery pricing on orders more than £60.000 is free. Delivery service is only for the UK.
Orders over £60.00 (including VAT, excluding delivery fees) shipped are eligible for Free Delivery to Great Britain. Payments must be received within 7 days for an order to qualify for free delivery.
Our delivery service is with Royal Mail / FedEx / post for lighter orders, and established courier firms for larger orders. For courier orders, we can provide a tracking reference for you to manage the delivery.

UK Legal Guarantee (30-Day Limit):
In line with the Consumer Rights Act, if we fail to deliver your order within 30 calendar days of placing the order (or any longer delivery time expressly agreed upon with you), you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

GB MAINLAND STANDARD TRACKED (NOT HIGHLANDS/SEA CROSSINGS)
For standard tracked delivery within 2-14 business days (includes handling time) throughout mainland England and Wales and most of Scotland. Delivery pricing is £2.99. Delivery pricing on order more than £60.00 is free. This option does not cover the remote Scottish Highlands or any sea crossings.

UK HIGHLANDS & ISLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS STANDARD TRACKED
For standard delivery throughout Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or any UK islands. Delivery pricing is £2.99. Delivery pricing on order more than £60.00 is free.

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES
We charge NO UK VAT on international orders; your order total is zero-rated for UK VAT purposes.

Customs and Charges Policy:
- Orders Valued < ā¬150.00 (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP): For all EU orders up to and including a value of ā¬150.00, the price paid at checkout is the final price and includes all EU VAT, which we remit directly via our IOSS registration. You will not pay any customs fees, taxes, or charges upon delivery.
- Orders Valued > ā¬150.00 (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU): You are the Importer of Record and will be contacted by the courier to pay your country's applicable Customs Duty and Import VAT before the order is delivered.
Please ensure you are aware of any import processes required for your country and check that the goods you are ordering are permitted to be imported into your destination country. TINY LEARNS LLP does not accept liability for costs incurred if ordered goods are refused entry.
Overseas customers must pay all due customs and duties on DDU orders and understand that refusal to pay these legally required charges will result in a refund minus all associated costs (original shipping, return shipping, and any disposal fees).
Some destinations may incur surcharges if they involve sea crossings from the mainland or are in remote areas.

CAN I DELAY THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER FOR A FEW WEEKS?
If you would like to delay your order beyond one week, just send us an email and we will postpone the order for you at no extra charge. Please let us know the week in which you would like to receive delivery so that we can arrange for the delivery. If you would like delivery on a named day, please contact us at least 6 business days prior to the named day. There is no additional charge on delivery. Delivery pricing is £2.99. Delivery pricing on order more than £60.00 is free.

WORLDWIDE DESTINATIONS
We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom and the European Union.
We cannot normally deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, please use your geographical address.
Some destinations may incur surcharges if they involve sea crossings from the mainland or are in remote areas.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS LIABILITY
If your order is deemed lost by the courier or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. TINY LEARNS LLP is responsible for initiating claims with the carrier and will offer you an immediate replacement or a full refund.
RETURNS

- Returns for 'Change of Mind' (e.g., wrong size/colour): The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
- Returns for 'Faulty or Damaged Goods': If items are missing or have been damaged during the delivery process it is essential that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt, keep the packaging and take pictures of the outer packaging and the damage. Inform us through email on hey@tinylearns.com before any return is a must.
