At Tiny Learns, we guarantee the quality of our products. This Commercial Warranty is an extra benefit offered in addition to your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights, which guarantee goods must be fit for purpose, satisfactory quality, and as described, are not affected by this promise.

We offer a 12-Month Commercial Warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.

What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws that occur during normal and appropriate use.

Our Resolution

If a claim is valid, we will, at our discretion, provide the necessary replacement part, a full product replacement, or a full refund if replacement is not possible.



Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover the following issues:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Including minor cosmetic damage, fading, or expected deterioration over time.
  • Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damage caused by drops, impacts, improper assembly, or use of the product for a purpose for which it was not intended.
  • Commercial Use: Damage resulting from use in a professional setting (e.g., nursery or school) that is beyond typical household consumer use.



Making a Claim

If your product has a covered defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Do Not Assemble: If the defect is discovered before assembly, please do not assemble the item, as outlined in our Returns Policy.
  2. Contact Us: Email us immediately at info@tinylearns.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]".
  3. Provide Evidence: You must include your proof of purchase and attach clear photographs or video showing the defect.

We aim to review your claim and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days of receiving all required evidence.

 

Manufacturer Warranties

Any separate manufacturer's warranty provided with a product must be claimed directly with that manufacturer, as detailed in the product packaging.
