The TINY LEARNS LLP emailing service (the "Service") is operated by TINY LEARNS LLP (“TINY LEARNS LLP”, “we”, "our" or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Terms of Subscription”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Terms of Subscription at any time. You agree to review these Terms of Subscription periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to TINY LEARNS LLP’s emailing service, you agree to receive recurring promotional emails from and on behalf of TINY LEARNS LLP to the email you provided. You are also confirming that you are a resident of the UK and over 18 years of age or older.
Description of the Service
Emails may be sent using an automatic emailing system or other technology.. Promotional emails may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up to the Service in order to make any purchases, and your consent in connection with this Service is not a condition of any purchase with TINY LEARNS LLP. Your participation is completely voluntary.
Costs and Message frequency
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your mobile phone provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your mobile phone provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your mobile phone provider.
Mail Providers; Service not guaranteed
It is your responsibility to determine if your mail provider supports email messaging and if your device is capable of receiving emails. Delivery of information and content to a device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mail provider services, are outside of our control, and we are not responsible or liable for issues arising from such services (e.g., delayed or undelivered emails or the security of any emails).
The mail providers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Call the +44 (0) 77 00 182 300 or send an email to info@tinylearns.com or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any email to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation email. No further emails will be sent to your email, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Tiny Learns email newsletter programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective email terms.

Changes
We may change any email address we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. Nothing in these Terms of Subscription limits or excludes our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees.

Governing Law
These Terms of Subscription are governed by English law, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
General
If any provision of these Terms of Subscription are unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable. However, the validity and enforceability of other provisions will remain.
Nothing in these Terms of Subscription is intended to nor shall it confer a benefit on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and a person who is not a party to these Terms of Subscription has no rights to enforce them.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Subscription to any other organisation, including any of our group companies. If this happens, we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
