Cancellation policy

We appreciate our customers and want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products and services.

This Cancellations Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted and processed.

You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tinylearns.com with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” or call +44 (0) 77 00 182 300 to request for your order to be cancelled. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (GMT, London, UK Time).

IMPORTANT: Please note that we work on a manual process system when processing orders. If a customer cancels after the order has been processed and dispatched, the cancellation request will be treated as a return, and you need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may, however, be eligible to return the item under our Return & Refund Policy once it has been delivered. Items can be returned up to 14 calendar days after their delivery.

We aim to respond to cancellation requests within 1–2 business days.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 days.
