Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not have any product categories that are automatically excluded from returns. All standard return requests must comply with our general return policy conditions. However, for items reported as lost in transit or damaged upon delivery, we may offer a replacement at our discretion, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The customer must notify us of the issue within 14 days of the recorded delivery date
  • For damaged items, clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided.
  • For lost items, shipment tracking details (date and time of attempted or failed delivery) must be provided.

We reserve the right to investigate claims and verify eligibility before approving any replacement.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you wish to replace an item due to damage or loss in transit, please follow the steps in our Exceptions section above. If you ordered the wrong item or wish to receive a different product, we kindly ask you to place a new order once your return (If eligible) has been processed and refunded.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
