Ηere at tinylearns.com we want you to be more than happy when you shop with us. However, we also know that you may want to return items so please find below our Returns Policy.
UK Policy
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 14 calendar days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
Products returned by you within this 14-day cancellation period will be refunded in full, including the cost of sending the item to you (up to the cost of our standard delivery option). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The cost of returning the items will be deducted from your original order if we arrange the collection. If we do not receive the item back from you (or proof of return) within the 14 days following your cancellation notification, your refund may be delayed. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Please note:

We will not accept returns based on the slight differences in colour and design features of the product shown on our website as compared to the delivered product.

We do not accept returns for any item where the value has been diminished by unnecessary handling (e.g., full assembly or excessive use). We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund if the returned product is not in a resalable condition.

If the item arrives damaged or is incorrect, a report must be made within 3 business days, and the item must not be assembled. Photos must be provided to info@tinylearns.com with proof of purchase and proof of damage.

Non-delivery must be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we work on a manual process system when processing orders. If a customer cancels after the order has been processed and dispatched, the cancellation request will be treated as a return. If you do not return the item to us yourself, we reserve the right to deduct the direct cost incurred by us for the return shipping/collection of the parcel from your refund amount. We will communicate this exact cost to you prior to processing the refund.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. If part of your product is defective, it may be possible to resend you that said part.

When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or have notified us in accordance with the Terms of Service that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we received the goods back (or proof of return, whichever is earlier).
Return Labels and Restocking Fee:
Please note that the return label and return shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. Tiny Learns does not charge a fixed restocking fee; however, deductions may apply for the cost of return shipping, product recall, or if the returned product is not in a resalable condition. These deductions are case-dependent and will be communicated before processing your refund.
Return Method:
All returns must be sent by mail or courier to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return labels are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We are happy to process an exchange for an item that is new and unused (as defined in our Product Condition section). If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at info@tinylearns.com. The original item must be returned and received by us before the replacement item is shipped. Please note that for unwanted exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item and the standard shipping costs of the replacement item.
FAULTS or MIS-SHIPS
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us on info@tinylearns.com before you do anything or report the issue on our help page. It is imperative that you do this within 14 days for your automatic right to a full refund and important that you do not assemble as this invalidates any claim you may make for pre-existing damage. If one panel or one part is damaged, it is not necessary to return either the damaged part or the entire unit. Simply refer to the assembly instruction sheet to work out which panel or part is defect, have your order number to hand and contact us. If the panel required is available we will send this within 5-7 business days. If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival, do not assemble - we do not accept returns for any assembled items.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS CHECKED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT in the rare occasion that your item has been damaged by the courier or there is a missing part.
